My husband and I stopped in to take a look and get a better idea of what type of furniture and style we will want when our home is finished next year. We had always seen this driving to sac on the freeway so we were excited to go in and take a look. My oh my, it's huge! Right when we came in, we were greeted immediately by staff and we didn't feel like we were being followed or forced to buy something. We met Adam and he was just the sweetest! He was patient, knowledgeable and offered some tips on what would be good for our living room. He knew that we were just browsing but still took the time to sit and tell us what type of furniture we may possibly want and at the same time, we didn't feel like we were forced to buy anything. We can't wait to come back and pick our furniture for our new home!

We come here for all our furniture needs and every time we requests Victoria. She is incredibly knowledgable and very helpful in finding what you need. She is also very patient which is great since I can be pretty indecisive. Everyone one here is so nice as well. While our order was being put in, we met Adam who was also very friendly and personable. Then there was Sandy at checkout/payment who was very thorough in making sure we got everything. Can't go wrong with furniture USA. I'll definitely be going back for more.

We went in on a Friday evening shopping for a sofa and got a great deal by price matching it to their website. Red was very friendly and knowledgable. Robert was also very friendly and helpful. We were in and out within an hour. Great experience. Huge props to both!!

Picked up my furniture today and Tom was the gentlemen that was assisting, he was very nice and fast, and also very friendly, sure know how to make a person feel comfortable. Also another guy help as well I think his name hai or something  (sorry) if that wasn't his name but he was nice too but very quiet, but my over all experience at furniture USA was great from the sale staff to the back warehouse. Thanks furniture USA for having awesome staffs

I've bough furniture from previous stores and by far Furniture USA has been the most delightful experience. The customer services was excellent, Tran was our customer service salesman, he was very informative and took his time breaking down cost making sure we recieved the best deal of the day. Also the delivery and set up of our furniture was wonderful. The delivery men Roberto and Mohammad were very professional. They even took their shoes off when the entered our home and considering we just purchased our new home (with all new flooring) that was a very nice gesture of them to do so. I would recommend Furniture USA.

This place was great. As soon as my wife and I entered, we were greeted by a friendly team member. We told him that we were looking for a particular sectional sofa, and he pointed us in the right direction. No high-pressure sales and no looming around from sales associates here. These guys are truly helpful and not pushy. We saved a great deal on our sectional and paid about 80 bucks for the delivery...well worth it. I highly recommend saving yourself time and money by shopping here first.

Came in today to buy a dining room set. Daniel V. helped us out. We first met Daniel on 9/17/16 when we came to look and he showed us around. He answered all our questions and when we asked a question he didn't know he kindly told us he didn't know the answer. We found him to be professional, honest and courteous. Thanks Daniel for helping us out! We love our new dining room set!

The staff at Furniture USA were very helpful in finding me a sofa. I told Daniel that I'd probably move in a year or two and he was very accommodating. The store is huge but Daniel immediately brought me to a section that had really great and affordable options after I told him what I was looking for. He was very honest about what they had to offer, and very friendly and professional throughout. Although their Yelp page says no dogs are allowed, they're happily welcomed by the staff! I brought in my Samoyed puppy, half expecting them to turn me away, but instead a worker came out to tell me he was allowed in the store. So many of the staff members came by to say hi, keeping my dog (and me) happy throughout our visit. As for moving and installing the furniture, Aaron and Qadeer were very friendly and efficient. They called an hour ahead (even though the people in the store said they'd give a 30 minute warning) and got here exactly when they said they would.

Bought a new dining set over the Labor Day weekend. Sale prices were very good. Table and chairs felt sturdy and well built. Roberto and Mohammad arrived in the time window they promised and put together the table in perfect condition.

I recently had my first experience with Furniture USA. I normally don't like furniture shopping because its almost like shopping for a car. Sales associates all over just waiting to hunt you down. I went in on Saturday evening and was not greeted and was left to roam the store in peace. Later a gentleman, Kenny Royal, approached and asked if we had been helped, at which that time, we had not. Kenny said first of all, Welcome. Then proceeded to ask us "if its ok, I'd like to ask your permission to come back and check on you in a little bit." That was the first positive experience in the store. Second, as we were looking around Kenny then came back and asked, "since you are a guest in my house, can I offer you some water?" Again, so courteous I was really impressed by that too. I ended up having questions about some of the pieces on the floor and Kenny was very very knowledgable. The only thing that prevented me from purchasing the couch that day was I had to measure to ensure that it would fit the space I have. I then returned the second day and re-sat in all the furniture from the previous day to ensure I found the right couch. I was a little indecisive but Kenny was very supportive, helped me make the most informed and best decision and was extremely friendly throughout the entire process. I purchased the couch from them on Sunday and I can't wait to get it. He then took us to the sales desk at which point Lily finished the transaction and was very helpful and friendly and talked us through all the paperwork and again offered us something to drink. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is due to changing my order from delivery to pick up. I was told in store I could pick up on Tuesday but when I called to confirm, I was told that was not possible. I then had to change my reservation with Uhaul 3 times because when I called back to confirm that was correct, I was told it was ok to pick up on Tuesdays. So there was a bit of confusion that changed my plans 3 times before we got it back on track. Overall, I would definitely shop again at Furniture USA but most importantly I'd make sure to work with Kenny again on my next purchase!

Came in to look at furniture, obviously lol anyways I was greeted by a very friendly and happy associate named Adam. He was such a joy to be around, conversing with him was hilarious... He's a funny guy. My kid and friend were with me and he also made them feel welcomed. He helped me make my mind up and he already knew what to show me when I came in. He figured out my style quickly. I left putting money down on a beautiful bed set. I'm very happy with my decision and very satisfied with the customer service. Adam thanks a lot, we appreciate the time you took into showing us around you and we will see you soon.

We first came here because of an online deal (3 piece sectional) for 1025. Great deal right? Well when we got there, our salesman Daniel showed us around. He gave us so many options to look at.. Daniel was such a great help and gave us plenty of information on all the couches. He made us felt welcomed and excited. I'm so glad I came here to purchase my sofa. I came here originally for a deal online but ended up with a different sofa. The sofa we purchased was still a great price! I loved everything about my experience at furniture USA

We purchased a beautiful 6 piece sectional with Furniture USA only to find my uncle had a couch ready our family. We called Furniture USA the next morning and spoke with Kenny. The return policy is 10% restocking fee but Kenny waived it. Such great customer service!

Picked up my furniture today and I am very satisfied with their service, the sweet gentlemen Tom helped me load my furniture and asked if I had anything to tie it down with, I told him no I didn't think that I would have to so I didn't bring any. So he told me that they have twines, but then I told him that I'm a lady and didn't know how to tie it down. Tom was nice enough to explain to me that they are not responsible tie down, but he did show me how to secure my furniture, thanks furniture USA for having a great and sweet employee like Tom, I would recommend this store to anyone who is in need of great furniture at a low price with excellent and friendly customer service. Aaron and Qadeer called twice to confirm, arrived on time, and took great care in setting up my furniture.
