This guy was very helpful and I loved how we weren't hounded to be helped as they gave us our space but once Red came up to help us I at times forgot I was here to buy some furniture. He was very pleasant to deal with as we exchanged fishing stories and even phone numbers!! HAHA. Great customer service and the employees behind the computer screens were very quick and informative! Definitely coming back to this place when we are furniture shopping next time!!!

Also the sales people were great, in that that don't pressure you by being too close to you, but close enough for quick questions. Robert helped us find a great sofa sectional that met all of our needs and the item was a great bang for the buck. He knew all of the options and had the answers quickly for our minor questions. Lilly helped make the sale process go smoothly.

But they did great the first time we came in. Some of the other salesmen... not too much. It's like maybe this guy didn't think we were going to buy anything. When my fiancé asked "is this your department" he said no.... so basically, he didnt get any commission from our purchase of 2 bunk beds Overall, nice place, good furniture

You let them know your interests and they give you plenty of options. After finding the perfect sofa that fit my taste and budget, Kenneth helped me find the most comfortable affordable mattress that anyone could ever ask for. I purchased the Brand new Kingko-Memobed mattress. Go over there if your in need of new furniture. Ask for Kenneth Royal he's the best! He's friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Also, the furniture comes from their factory partners where cleanliness, safety and style are of priority. If your mattress has bedbugs or Dust Mites, it is because of your OWN living environment. They do not exist in the warehouse or at the mattress factory as this would be detrimental to the business. I have had the privilege of working with Furniture USA for a few years and the people there go out of their way to make sure customers are happy and comfortable. If you're furniture is becomes dirty or is infested with bugs, that's 100% the result of that persons living environment, not this highly recommended business it came from.

He is honest and will tell you the truth --even if it means telling you to go to another store to buy a lamp or any accessories that they are selling for more .. I walked in with a certain budget, and Robert came through - I furnished my entire house for $2,450!! Get down to Furniture USA and make sure you deal with Robert. He's been there nearly 20 years and truly knows his furniture. Corena, Sandy, and Daelanda, Roberts colleagues were equally as helpful. They are a team - from sales, to inventory, all the way to finance and delivery - this full service furniture store is second to none.

He was always within reach, but they DEFINITELY do not stalk you there, which is super important to me. He definitely gave us our space while we tried things out. I ended up with an orange Donny Osmond sofa! And according to Adam, Donny Osmond had been into visit the store recently and had signed a 2017 calendar, which he included when I purchased the sofa. Was pleasant experience. He didn't mind when we wanted to leave and eat dinner while we thought about the purchase, even recommending restaurants in the area. Went above and beyond. Will be back soon for an ottoman and other items I'm sure.
