Had a great experience from purchase to delivery. Bought a new couch and love seat from Victoria who knew her product. Opted to have delivery done and they called to tell me my delivery would be between 1:00 and 1:30 on our day and Aaron and Qadeer came in delivered and set up and tested the couches and were on their way by 1:30. I purchased a very nice and reasonably priced charcoal sectional (Alenya), and splurged on an amazing lift top coffee table and matching TV stand with a fireplace insert (Keeblen). I am absolutely in love with my new living room! My sales guy Kenny was very friendly and helpful, and gave me enough space to be alone with my thoughts. Christinalynne made the credit and payment process a breeze and was very personable. My delivery guys, Roberto and Mohammad were fantastic, very gentle with my new furniture and even took off their shoes before coming inside! (I was nervous about that part, my apartment has brand new carpet.) All in all, a simple but exciting experience!
Daniel was very helpful. Â He helped us narrow down our selection and ultimately had us make the final decision. Â He wasn't pushy either. He gave us space and didn't follow us everywhere we went which was a big plus. Â He also had a good sense of humor. Â We went another time before this and had some Asian guy helping us who was loud and kind of annoying... I'm glad we came back and was swooped up by Daniel. Thanks Daniel!!!
We purchased an aero spring cushion couch and love seat from furniture USA and loved our Furniture USA experience! We visited three other stores in Sacramento and Elk Grove and we purchased at Furniture USA for 4 reasons: 1. Great selection: this place is huge! It's well organized and they have all of the same furniture you would see at Ashley's or any other place. 2. The Staff: Robert welcomed us when we arrived and just let us have our space. He checked in on us once in a while and was very helpful. We needed couches that could be delivered in a weeks time and he made it happen! Thank you Robert and Luz for ringing us up. 3. The prices: We originally wanted some gray couches that were lower quality and cost, but they were on back order for a month and we weren't willing to wait. Robert showed us some other options and introduced us to aero spring cushions. For just $200 more than what we were looking to spend, we got better quality couches and lifetime warranty for our cushions. 4. Delivery: There was a $79 delivery fee, but it was worth it! From purchase to delivery it was only 5 days. Roberto and Mohammad delivered our furniture. They were very professional and careful. They introduced themselves and assessed the best way to bring the huge sofa through the small door. They also installed the furniture legs with a drill in no time and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you guys! Conclusion: you can visit other places for furniture or you can save yourself time and money. If you hate furniture staff following around, this place is for you. Just tell them what you're looking for and they will point you in the right direction.

We had a great experience at Furniture USA. After shopping at so many furniture stores in Sacramento (Ashley, Costco, Lazy Boy, etc.), we were feeling frustrated at the lack of options for a sectional couch for our living room. Red at Furniture USA was so helpful! We gave him our price point and told him what we were looking for and he helped us find options. He didn't hover or annoy like many salesmen. He was knowledgeable about cleaning and maintenance of each piece - important for us with pets. We special ordered a couch from LA and it arrived early. Our delivery team, Roberto and Mohammad, were exceptional. They were polite (taking off their shoes when entering the house!) and quick. They showed us how they assembled it so if we move we know how it comes apart. Overall, highly recommend this store. Will be returning for other purchases.

No if's ands or butts. Â This was the best furniture experience to date. Â Â Red was like a concierge through the buying and delivery experience. Â He did everything he said he would do (he far exceeded the admin and customer service staff who seemed to be indifferent, but Red made it clear he wanted us happy). Â Â Our delivery and installers , Roberto and Mohamed, were professional , patient and hard working. Â All of the furniture had to go up a tight stairwell and they did it all with care. Â In the end we are very satisfied with our entire purchase and experience.
Nothing worse then furniture companies who promise one thing and do another. Â It's day 7 after a huge purchase and the phone call today wasn't promising. Â After being told that our delivery would be scheduled today , the answer changes a week later. Â Now 4 items are on back order. Â Since we have had similar experiences with other stores (and extensive back orders) we remain a little bigger skeptics. Fortunately we paid with a credit card and wrote in that 21 days is the max we will wait. Â The clock is ticking down and I'll amend my review when they update us. Â So far I would say, don't get your hopes up. Â Furniture stores are willing to say plenty to get a high margin deal. Â Some know how to set expectations and some are ok with disappointing.
I purchased over $5200.00 worth of product from the store on June 3rd 2016. This was including the killer deal they had going at the time for buy two items get the 3rd for $1. So needless to say I bought plenty of items. 1 Long beautiful wooden table 6 Chairs go to with said table (they were priced individually) 2 Large Chaises for my loft area 5 piece living room set including loveseat, couch, end table, coffee table, and lamp. Also paid for delivery and set up. The good: This was the easy part as they were super eager to make sure I found everything I wanted. I dealt with a sales manager that day that was more then helpful. The bad: Everything else.... My 3 week window for delivery of product came and went. My first delivery came at 5 weeks. This delivery was only because I kept calling to find out where my product was. They said they usually don't deliver product until all of my order was in. Made sense but not only did they have no idea when my product was going to get in they said they were going to make me come get my product that came in (whenever that was) if they did make a delivery of what they had. So finally after a few days they gave in to my outrageous (haha) demands of having them deliver the items they did have. On delivery I was reminded my end table and coffee table still wasn't in stock (which I didn't care at this point) but at least I would be getting everything else. Well during delivery the gentlemen told me my long wooden table was broke and he wasn't delivering it. He told me a supervisor would call me asap to give me an update. I waited 4 days and still no call. So I called and spoke with someone who told me they were ordering another one (well no shit). He didn't tell me they were rushing it to me or anything along those lines. Week 7/8 the last 3 of my items will be delivered. Lets hope they are not broken. My MAIN issue with this place is at no point did anyone talk to me offering a discount towards future purchases or concrete information on to what was taking so long. or someway of making it right. Maybe refund my delivery amount. SOMETHING!! They did nothing. What a shame.

Furniture USA was my first stop during my furniture quest due to their high marks on Yelp. It runs as a typical big box furniture store in that employees are more than likely paid on commission. The moment you walk in you are the next salesperson's customer. When you come back you are still that salesperson's customer. I didn't feel too overly pressured though. Nice furniture store with all the lights and A/C on (I've learned that some furniture stores are dark and hot inside). They've got plenty of employees specializing in finance and whatever other departments there are. Now with all that also comes a cost. I've shopped around since coming to Furniture USA and their prices for the exact same items can definitely be beaten elsewhere. I don't know if they are willing to negotiate but I felt like I had more leverage to bargain with the less bigger stores. It's definitely one of the most spacious and stocked showrooms in the area. Because of the large inventory, they didn't seem too keen on ordering pieces from catalogue and preferred you choose something on the floor. I'm very selective about furniture and I'd rather sleep on plain mattress until I find something I'm in love with. The smaller stores with less items and space were more than willing to make orders with plenty of catalogues on hand.

It fits perfect, quality made and it came one week early. Thank you to Roberto and  Muhammad for your safe and speedy delivery as well as your professionalism. I give you two 5 stars. We spent the weekend looking for a rocker recliner. Â We found a couple that we liked, but the sales staff was a huge turn-off. Obviously, we hit the bricks empty handed. We decided to give it one more try and stopped by Furniture USA. The selection was good, the prices good, and our salesman was GREAT!!! Â If you are in the market for any furniture, I highly recommend you see CLIFF GOINS at the Mack Road location. Â He was great, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Â Cliff is a very upbeat person.
I bought Full bed from six months, Aron and Nadir delivered and they were great . Then from few months, One of the slats broke, I called them and took one month until they delivered it today, Roberto and Mohmamnad  installed it , and they were fast and professional.

Picked up my furniture today and I am very satisfied with their service, the sweet gentlemen Tom helped me load my furniture and asked if I had anything to tie it down with, I told him no I didn't think that I would have to so I didn't bring any. So he told me that they have twines, but then I told him that I'm a lady and didn't know how to tie it down. Tom was nice enough to explain to me that they are not responsible tie down, but he did show me how to secure my furniture, thanks furniture USA for having a great and sweet employee like Tom, I would recommend this store to anyone who is in need of great furniture at a low price with excellent and friendly customer service.
