I was helping my boyfriends mom pick out new couches. Mind you we started searching about a year and a half ago and found nothing. We live in the Roseville area and we went to every furniture store that you could think of. Finally we drove to Sacramento and found the perfect couch at Furniture USA. In the midst of her looking for a new couch her daughter decided to jump on the band wagon and buy a new one as well. Alfonso helped us out and he was so patient & helpful. You would have thought we were buying a car because these ladies could not make up their minds over anything and we were there for several hours. I found furniture that I really like as well and will be paying them a visit when I buy my new home at the end of the year!!

I went to American Furniture Galleries and they didn't honor a sign they had in front of their bedroom set. So I went to Furniture USA and they did a price match and had better customer service. Red and Sandy helped me in the store and were very nice. Roberto and James did the delivery and set up. They were prompt, polite and efficient. Happy with my overall experience.

Roberto and Jose showed up early and did a very professional job. They were very considerate and respectful of the house: they even took their shoes off without being told. I was just visiting when they delivered my friend's furniture. But, seeing how excellent their service was, I wanted to comment on them; both on my friend's behalf, and mine. I don't need furniture right now, but whenever I do, I hope these two do the delivery.

Short version (Update at the bottom): I have a $1000 bed that was sold to me by using false information that it was solid wood that is being held together by screws, brackets and a homemade center support beam (acknowledged as a necessity by the company that sold it) by an organization that has shown by their actions over and over that their word is as cheap as the bed they sold me. Full story (Update at the bottom): I previously bought a large leather sectional from Furniture USA and was happy so I returned here to purchase a bed. I originally was looking for something relatively cheap but salesperson (Kenny) pitched me on the nicer beds with something along the line of "If you buy one of the cheaper beds you will be replacing it after a few years. But these beds here are solid wood. Good quality furniture is an investment". I dropped $1000 on one of these "solid wood" beds. Took it out of the box there were gouges, nicks and scrapes. They replaced the side rails (took weeks). Next was the cheap slats being supported by only three 1x1's. They were bowing and slipping off the support rails. They acknowledged this is a common issue and suggested me buying a "bunky board" from them for a "discounted" price that was more expensive than every one I found on the internet. When I declined they suggested an alternative of of screwing the slats into the support rail. After minimal use after that, the support rail on one side gave out exposing the fact that the bed is not solid wood. In fact the screws holding all the weight of the mattress is screwed into press board. I contacted Kenny again and expressed my frustration on being deceived that a bed was solid wood that actually was not. No apology/explanation for the mis-information just a sorry I am not happy with my product and that the new service manager would get back to me. After no word from the service manager and a few "you will here from him soon" replies I got tired of sleeping on my couch and finally went to home depot and bought stuff to reinforce my bed. So then the service manager finally calls me. No explanation or excuses for selling me a bed that was not what was promised. He made some offers at ideas to reinforce it. Once I told him I already did that, he offered me a gift card to a restaurant for my troubles. It doesn't even get close to making up for everything, but I reluctantly said OK knowing that's as good as "standing by their product" was going to get. What ever happened to a man's word actually meaning something? Over a month later and I still don't have I even that.  Sent a follow up email with no response. Shame on you Furniture USA for treating a good customer who spent thousands in your store this way! Update (2/22/16): The salesperson Kenny reached out to me via phone and e-mail to apologize for the confusion.  Although he was not the one who promised me the gift cards for a restaurant, he stepped up and immediately put them in the mail.  Thank you Kenny! I still am disappointed that no one from their management has reached out to me after reading my review.  I guess they don't have an issue selling a bed that their own service team and management acknowledge need a trip to Home Depot for extra reinforcement to even be functional. Lesson learned.  Glad I could share my experience hopefully as a lesson to anyone considering shopping there in the future.

Furniture USA staff was outstanding! Quality furniture and great prices. Robert Vo (pen man) was very patient and professional. Adam (hubba hubba) was very helpful and gave me great color advice. Frank (Bear Down) made sure I got all I can with financing. Sandy (my cruise partner) helped me complete the paperwork and explained it very clear  & Tien (my new lai wah friend) went over all my warranty and delivery. I spent a little time trying to decide what sectional I wanted and by the time I left I knew everyone almost on a personal level. I've never received such great professional fun service #teamfunitureusa!

Checked this place out a few times because I needed new furniture and a dining table. I had found a dining table I kinda of liked there but wasn't sure I wanted to get it yet. Luckily my indecisiveness paid off and when I went there President's Day it was on sale for a $100 less!I opted to pick it up instead of paying the $100 delivery/set up fee to midtown. Tran was very helpful and to the point during the transaction before he sent me to the billing area and Tien was there to help me complete the purchase. Tien was pleasant, personable and professional when explaining everything to me. Overall a great experience!

Daniel was awesome!!! My other half bought a few items there and she loves them.  She said he was quite a crack up and very helpful. We would definitely purchase more furniture from there.   One thing I don't understand is why their delivery folks keep trying to charge people an additional $25 just to deliver the furniture upstairs. The store should really disclose this additional fee; otherwise, it's deceptive.  A few of my other friends who purchased some furniture there said they experienced the same thing.

Great service! Between Robert, Doug, Aaron they had us out of there with a couch set and bed set with in an hour.  Both were exactly what we were looking for as style and quality.  We had looked at RC Willey and American Furniture Gallery several times looking for something with no luck.  They are informative and there when you need to ask a question but they don't follow you around bugging you.

Tran was very nice and helpful as I shopped for a sectional. He made sure he showed me all the choices of sectionals and explained the features that each one had before I made my choice. They had a good variety of options for payments and offered insurance . Also, Frank was very friendly as he typed up the receipt and contract. He had a friendly, professional  manner as he completed my transaction. He made the end of my visit at Furniture USA a pleasant one!

Abundant Blessings! We went into this store just window shopping and comparing prices. No intent to purchase at all! Omg! Captain Dan was amazing!! He took great care of my husband and I and gave us a great tour of the warehouse! He got us amazing deals on a complete bedroom set plus top quality Diamond grade mattress set! Not only deal we get great deals he was extremely courteous, patient, and hospitable. We will definitely be recommending Furniture USA and please see and ask for Captain Dan, there is no one else better!!!
