Thank you Daniel, Sandy & Robert for helping us find wonderful furniture with good financing, for our brand new home. My spouse & I walked in the store just to look around so that we may compare furniture & prices with other stores. We ended up leaving with a couch, love seat, 2 end tables, a coffee table & a dining table with 6 chairs. Daniel was really helpful, Sandy always has great energy & Robert helped us a lot in the long run. Thank you Aaron & Qadeer, the delivery was great, the timing was perfect, the whole family just moved in. Qadeer & Aaron came on time or even a bit earlier (2:45pm-3:00pm) which was awesome. They coordinated with me very well on the phone, they were lighting fast setting up all the furniture, handled the furniture & our home with care & they were very polite. If you are looking around for furniture, I recommend checking this place out.

Tony was very helpful in helping us choose the right sofa. He is very knowledgeable and made our purchase quite easy. The place itself is huge and has lot of furniture to choose from. We got our sectional sofa delivered and a special mention for Aaron and Qadeer for making the entire process of delivery and setup smooth and easy.

My experience at Mack Rd store was EXCELLENT as far as Sales Consultant goes. Kenny Royal stayed aware of my presence and needs both days it took to complete my purchasing process. I am NOT EASILY swayed and have high expectations of others, the way I do myself with professional performance. I spent two days looking, comparing, asking questions, etc. No one rushed me. I was acknowledged often but left to my own "space". When ready to move forward Both Robert and Kenny met my expectations. They were just selling me furniture, they were interested in me, my purpose, my goals. It felt like family! I plan on referring business to them. Brianna is financing was on top of everything with getting me extended financing and following up when my husband came to help complete my process. The team had a good repor with each other, which effected my confidence in their ability to work together. Lastly, Robert got me delivery in 24hrs.! I had major biz. associate coming to stay in my home and having quality accomodations was a priority. Robert & Kenny came thru and my associate loved the mattress. (which Robert got me a discount on with working out financing options) BTW- The delivery guys NEED A RAISE! They were professional, got to work, did record time installation. Either give them performance bonuses or give them a raise. Your Administration seems to choose great employees. Make sure they stay and pay them well. LOYALTY IS EVERYTHING!!!! Sincerely, RoGo :-0)

Top of the line furniture!!! EXCELLENT Service from Lynn, Robert, and Adam!!!! This place has a variety of styles and colors to make your home FABULOUS!!!! I was shopping for furniture with my two daughters and they helped me with ease and treated my daughters like family. They even gave them goldfish and water. So this place is something else. They are a great place for pricing and everything, but customer service wise not so much. The purchase was successful and easy but the after experience really sent it over the edge. They called me Sunday evening telling me the couch was ready for pick up and asked when I wanted to pick it up. Told them my only day off was Tuesday which they never told me it was closed on Tuesday the warehouse, which is a onsite warehouse. So she says ok let me try to see what we can do for you I will call you back. Did I get a call back no. So then they call Monday didn't leave a message so I call back and no one seems to know who just called me. So I explain to this lady the situation and what does she do put me on hold to go find out and then comes back on and says well I Checked with my manager and they don't know so let me call you back and she said she will call back Later that night with an answer. And no call back so I am beyond pissed. Don't tell a customer you will call them back and never do. Don't fake try to do something or act like you going to ask a manager and not and just don't call back so you don't have to deal with it. This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. I would have been ok with "sir we have tried everything g we can to get you to pick it up on Tuesday but it's not possible" then to be given the run around.

When I'm thinking about new furniture or accessories I always go to Furniture USA first. Every single time I have an awesome experience, the sales staff are all positive and seem to genuinely like their job. Adam lead me through their large (but not too large) mattress gallery and fitted me for my comfort level. That's never happened before! I'm sleeping on something I love because he took a minute to talk to me about comfort without pressuring me to buy anything specific. Thanks Adam Furniture USA rocks!

We have made 2 purchases here in the past 6 months. The first was a sectional with Tran. Then today another couch set for the family room from Robert. They always have great customer service and give us plenty of options. Adam helped my brother purchase a mattress and bedroom set. Sandy was behind the counter doing the paperwork with a smile on her face. They were all so kind to our whole family, especially the kids.

I really appreciated the fact they removed their shoes before coming in the house. They took the sectional upstairs and were careful not to damage the walls or banister. Great showroom and delivery service.I'd recommend going here for good service and great value.

This is the nicest furniture store I've ever been to. And they have a big selection for you to choose from. All their staffs are nice and very professional. Right when we walked into the store we were greeted Kenny, one of the salesman. Kenny showed us around and we end up getting everything we needed. Then we went to see if we can finance for some furnitures. Kenny took us to see Sandy and Linda. They were very sweet and very helpful.they help us with our paperwork and then we went to Daniel. He help us finalized everything. They even let my son stay and chat with them. He called them his new best friends. Overall I had a great experience with them. Their prices are reasonable too.I m glad I went to see them. If I can give them more stars, I would. I will recommend this place to my family and friends. Thanks guys.

Hi my name is Theresa, I drove to Sac from Lake county to buy furniture. My experience when I arived at furniture USA was awesome. I was greeted By an Awesome representatve named Phoenix. She spent the entire day with my sister and I while we shoped for an entire house full of furniture. My experience with Phoenix was phenomenal. She represented Furniture USA with professionalism kindness and a smile on her face. We walked out about five hours later completely satisfied with our purchases. We also appreciated Lilly, our cashier she was very helpful. All the reps were very sweet.
