We purchase five sofas two lamp and three table from them. Upon arrive one lamp was damage and after two weeks of not hearing from them I got a call to pick up a new lamp. I talk to the guy Robert in front and girl in front about my replacement lamp. I guess the guy that was helping us Tony saw me don't know me anymore after the sales. Everyone seem to not know anything about my lamp. They told me to wait 5min and turns out 45 min. So I got up and went the the guy in front and told him where the hell is my lamp at and I been waiting 1/2hr more now. He told me to go to the back so I drove around to the back. The guy in back open up the lamp and it was broken again. Next time when I come back and pick up the new replacement lamp they better know what they talking about before they start calling me to pick up.

Spent 3 weekends looking for furniture for my new house. I just wished I would have come here first. I have never seen a larger selection. The staff took the time to explain in detail how to judge the quality of  different price points of sofas .No one  was pushy and everyone was extremely  "customer first orientated".... Great experience...

I recently had a bedroom set delivered by Mohammed and Roberto.  They let me know when they were on their way in plenty of time for me to leave work to meet them at the house.  They were fast and I was back to work in no time.  They had excellent customer service and were very professional.  This was my second delivery experience with Mohammed and Roberto and I am very satisfied.

"Spacious" is the first thing that comes to your mind when you walk into this mall like furniture gallery. After visiting several furniture stores in Sacramento, the aura of this store was somewhat cool. I think when it comes to changing the way furniture buying should be, this store seems to be offering the new, new experience regarding furniture buying. When I say, "new, new", I mean the buying experience, the design consultation and quality of service provided was very genuine. My wife and I were greeted by Adam (General Manager, I think). Since we were looking for a customized sofa & love seat, we were sent off to the customized area so we didn't really had the chance to look at the entire store. Adam brought over tumbles of fabrics to choose from, since it was over whelming to go through all the 500,000 fabrics, Adam pointed out the key points to choosing the right fabric. I believe we were done within two hours or less. Fabric choosing process was easy and comfortable. My experience, My furniture buying was very pleasant and stress free. Furniture USA, you're awesome. We will be back for our kitchen. Sincerely, Satisfied Customer.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the help we received today from Phoenix. She was super helpful with every step of the way into purchasing our furniture. She greeted us immediately and guided us throughout our visit. We came back to purchase our beautiful 3pc couch, due to Phoenix wonderful guest service! Sales we fine, except they would extend the No Sales Tax for more then just one day. if you purchase something within the same 2 weeks of that, they could extend that to you or at least tell people it is coming so they can purchase on that day. Bought a bed and I like it. Roberto and Mohammed delivered it and that went fine too.

Furniture USA is one of the best stores I have had the pleasure of patronizing !! Kenny greeted us at the door ..very friendly .  He continued our conversation with wanting to know my wants and needs.  After hearing what I was looking for Kenny led my husband and I to the sectional sofa set I was looking  for.  The price and fast service will bring me back to furniture USA again and again ... Adam was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From his personality, to his help, and how comfortable he made us feel. Made us laugh a lot and we did not feel like we were being pushed to do anything we didn't want to do. We financed our purchases which by the way were good deals with a 6 months no interest rate. A couple of days later Adam calls and informs me they have a promotion going on for 12 months no interest rate and for us to come in and redo some of the paperwork. Any other person would have probably just swept us under the rug, but he continued to take care of us even after we left! When you go there, ask for ADAM! I PROMISE you, you will not be disappointed. Not to mention, he actually has style and can give you tips on furnishing! Sincerely, The Neal family

From the moment the door was opened for us (Thank you Sharon) through to pick up at the loading dock where they loaded my car, our shopping experience was great.  Adam listened to what my mother needed and led us to many options that met her needs. He answered all our questions and knew the products well.  He gave us a moment to discuss our options alone and was easy to find when we were ready to purchase. Very good shopping experience-I would go again.

This was my first time at FurnitureUSA and I live in Stockton searching for good quality furniture, unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for, plus a place that would put me and my families needs a priority . Well I had to go to Sacramento, Ca. To Furniture USA. From the moment I walked in Tony greeted us at the entrance, he asked what we wanted and showed us so many things I am grateful to tony he knew the variety of the selection of what we were looking for no pushing or rushing, he waited patiently  with smile. I , if I could give Tony a 10 instead of a five all I can say is when we went to check out tien who assisted us with further information and make sure we understood everything before our signatures went on paper, very professional both Tony and Tien who know exactly what to do and say all through our buying experience , kudos go out to them. I would highly recommend this Furniture store for good, worthy and the huge selection they provide. Try the store out for yourself you will be satisfied . Extremely good selection of furniture. Recently purchased a kitchen dinnet set. At first I was a little undecided on which set to get until I talked to the manager Adam . He gave me the pros and cons of different kitchen dinnet sets making my shopping experience a plus.

I was at this location on Monday (2/15) with my husband to take advantage of their President's sale. We were assisted by Tony Do who was very patient with our needs. We were unsure of how to go about choosing what would work best for our home. He was very knowledgeable as he took time to show us all the various styles of legs, fabric options, and couch dimensions. He walked us through the entire purchasing process - not leaving out any 'hidden' costs (there was a 20% customization fee for what we wanted). He was very meticulous in completing the order form; ensuring that the information was accurate to prevent any delays on our order. Overall, I am very pleased with Tony's attention to detail and friendly customer service. I will be return to continue any future business with this associate. Thank you Tony!
